Qualification Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Finance/Accounting.
Certification Relevant certifications in ERP software.
Experience • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in full-lifecycle ERP implementations within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Expertise in process mapping, workflow design, internal controls, and data analytics.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & SCOPE OF WORK

 
Responsibility Area Description of Work
Process Assessment & Gap Analysis Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and control weaknesses within the organization.
ERP Design & System Integration Implement an ERP-based model that integrates all key business functions, including: Sales, Procurement, Production, Inventory Management, and Financial / Costing systems.
Real-Time Data & Business Intelligence Guide the development of real-time dashboards and analytical tools to monitor: Cost trends, Procurement efficiency, and Resource utilization.
Continuous Optimization & Reporting Identify inefficiencies and process bottlenecks through data analysis, and recommend corrective actions for continuous improvement.

  • This is a contractual position.
