(ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION)

Applications are invited from Pakistani citizens holding Punjab Domicile for appointment on a contract basis to two (02) posts of Bus Driver in the Transport Office, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat.

General Instructions & Notes

  1. Submission of Applications: Applicants may submit their complete and correctly filled application forms, along with a hard copy, to the HR Office, First Floor, Room No. 104, Admin Block, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat by 20 October 2026.

  2. Application Form: The application form, along with the fee challan, can be downloaded from the University of Gujrat website www.uog.edu.pk. Only the advertisement and application form uploaded on the University of Gujrat website shall be acceptable.

  3. Documents Required: Candidates shall submit one (01) set of the following documents with each application form:

    • Application Form

    • Attested copies of degrees and certificates

    • Attested copy of Domicile

    • CNIC (National Identity Card)

    • Recent passport-size photographs

    • NOC (where applicable)

  4. Government/Semi-Government Employees: Employees of Government, Semi-Government, and Autonomous bodies (including University of Gujrat) and those working on a Contract basis shall apply Through Proper Channel by the due date. The NOC must be issued only by the Appointing Authority; otherwise, their application shall be considered incomplete and rejected.

  5. Shortlisting & Selection: The University will shortlist candidates according to the prescribed procedure. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a Chance Test (if conducted), Interview, and Selection Committee recommendation. Final appointment letters will be issued after approval by the Competent Authority.

  6. Multiple Posts: Candidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate applications for each post.

  7. Envelope Marking: The name of the applied post must be clearly written on the top right corner of the envelope.

  8. Courier Delays: The University shall not be responsible for any delay in the receipt of application forms, interview call letters, appointment letters, etc., caused by courier service shortcomings.

  9. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

  10. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible.

  11. Right to Cancel: The University reserves the right to fill or not to fill any advertised post, or to cancel any advertised post, without assigning any reason.

  12. Right to Modify: The University of Gujrat reserves the right to increase, decrease, or withdraw any advertised post(s), in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.

  13. Previous Applicants: All those applicants who have already submitted their applications against previously advertised posts vide Advertisement No. 04/2026, IPL #8764 shall not submit a fresh application.

  14. Processing Fee: Candidates are required to deposit Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) in any BOP (Bank of Punjab) branch. Applications submitted without the deposit slip will not be processed and will be kept in the pending file.
