Job Summary/Major Responsibilities

Position:
Divisional Head Treasury Sales

Location:
Karachi

Grade:
SVP/EVP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Foreign Exchange & Fixed Income and building relationships with corporate, commercial, and FI customers.
  • Identify and seek opportunities to enhance activity in the FX market through client coverage.
  • Implement the Treasury Sales Plan, covering all treasury products and customer segments.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency and quality of treasury product delivery.
  • Develop and enhance MIS, management reports, and procedures.
  • Contribute to system improvement, development, and product mapping.
  • Develop and maintain client engagement plans and follow up on action points.
  • Build a network of relationships across all economic sectors.
  • Manage the process of opening and maintaining IPS accounts.
  • Develop new products in line with client requirements.
  • Ensure all transactions comply with Bank’s Policies and Central Bank Regulations.
  • Ensure that risks and rewards of transactions are communicated to clients properly.
  • Ensure Structured Products align with guidelines provided by management.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification:
    Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

  • Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of experience in a commercial bank’s Treasury. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

  • Age:
    Not more than 50 years as of the last date of application.
