About NESPAK

NESPAK provides engineering consultancy services to both the public and private sectors, specializing in:

  • Energy, Water, Agriculture

  • Roads & Highways, Environmental & Public Health

  • Ports & Harbors, Airports, IT, Oil & Gas

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the NESPAK Board of Directors.

  • Responsible for overall operations, management, and strategic direction of NESPAK.

  • Formulate and implement innovative strategies, plans, and policies to enhance profitability.

  • Drive business development in domestic and international markets.

Required Qualification & Experience

Education & Registration:

  • Must be a Professional Engineer (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics) registered with a recognized Council/Authority.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Preference given to candidates with:

    • Doctorate or Master’s degree from QS Top 100 ranked universities.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 20 years of relevant work experience in engineering consultancy.

  • At least 3 years in a senior management role in the engineering consultancy industry, handling large infrastructure and engineering projects.

  • Proven track record in technical, entrepreneurial, and leadership roles.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Maximum age: 60 years on the application closing date.

  • Only Pakistani nationals are eligible (dual nationals may apply if they hold Pakistani nationality).

Contract & Compensation

  • Initial contract: 3 years (extendable based on performance).

  • Retirement age: 65 years.
