Reporting Line Reports directly to the Secretary/CEO, with strategic oversight by the relevant governance forum

ROLE OVERVIEW

The role will drive digital and data capabilities through secure, scalable, and future-ready technology solutions across ICAP's regulatory, education, examination, member service, and operational functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1 Develop and implement ICAP's technology, digital, and data strategy.
2 Lead IT operations, enterprise applications, digital platforms, AI enablement, cybersecurity, and data governance.
3 Drive automation, system modernization, analytics, technology governance, and vendor performance.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Qualification

 
Requirement Details
Degree Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, or a related discipline
Institution From an HEC recognized University / Institute

Experience

 
Requirement Details
Total Experience Minimum 10 years of technology experience
Leadership Experience Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role
Key Areas Digital transformation, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud/data platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and team leadership

Certifications (Advantageous)

 
Domain Certifications
Cybersecurity/IT Governance ISO 27001, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT
IT Service/Project Management ITIL, PMP/Prince2
Cloud/Data/AI Cloud, Data, or AI certifications
