1. Deputy Manager – Education & Policy (Karachi)

Department: Initial Professional Development
Reporting To: Senior Manager
Job Overview
The Deputy Manager – Education & Policy will support the design, development, review, and implementation of ICAP’s education framework and related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of education-related initiatives
- Support the review, development, and formatting of study materials
- Manage and update content on the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Prepare working papers, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action points
- Assist in organizing events, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualification & Experience
- Certified Business Accountant (CBA) OR
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or related field (HEC-recognized)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (education, policy, or qualification development preferred)

2. Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer (Karachi)
Department: Initial Professional Development
Reporting To: Senior Manager
Job Overview
The Assistant Manager – Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing professional documents, digital content, and multimedia materials for educational and promotional purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and format professional documents (study materials, reports, syllabi, directives)
- Develop high-quality brochures, infographics, and digital content
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations
- Produce basic animations and multimedia content
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor
Required Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (HEC-recognized)
- Additional certifications in graphic design/multimedia preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Experience with e-learning or LMS content is a plus
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and professional PowerPoint skills
- Proficiency in PDF editing tools
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects/Premiere Pro preferred)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Good time management skills
