Medical Teaching Institution, Bannu has been designated as an autonomous institution governed by a Board of Governors (BoG) under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Reforms Act, 2015 (as amended). Applications are invited from eligible, qualified, and experienced professionals for the following position on a contract basis.
Master’s Degree / MBA (Sixteen (16) Years of Education) with specialization in Human Resource Management from an HEC-recognized university.
Candidates possessing MS / MPhil Degree (Eighteen (18) Years of Education) in Human Resource Management will be given preference.
National or International HRM memberships/certifications will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum Eight (08) years of post-qualification experience in the field of Human Resource Management in a reputable public or private sector organization.
Out of the total experience, at least Five (05) years must be in a leadership role such as Director HR, CHRO, Head of HR, Deputy Director HR, or Manager HR.
Preference will be given to candidates having HRM experience in large healthcare institutions.
The candidate must be well-versed in:
Human Resource Management Information Systems (HRMIS)
Microsoft Office applications
File and record management systems
Any attempt to approach or influence the Selection Committee will result in automatic disqualification.
The decision of the Selection Committee shall be final, subject to approval by the Board of Governors.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
After the final decision, no correspondence regarding the recruitment process will be entertained.
