SITUATION VACANT

The Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations & Coordination (MNHSR&C) invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for contract-based positions under the World Bank-funded project titled:

“National Health Support Project (NHSP) – Federal”

  • ?? Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
  • ?? Contract Duration: Initially 1 year (extendable based on performance and funding)
  • ?? Pay Scale: PPS (Project Pay Scale) – Fixed package

Available Positions

PPS-7 Positions

1. Finance Officer

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (HEC-recognized)
  • 8–10 years of experience in financial management (public/private health sector)
  • Strong command of financial policies, procedures, and reporting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and communication skills

2. Procurement Officer

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (16 years education) in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Commerce, etc.
  • 5–7 years of procurement and logistics experience
  • Experience with NGOs/donor-funded projects preferred (USAID experience a plus)

3. Internal Auditor

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance), ACMA, CA, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of audit/financial management experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial policies and reporting

4. Communication Officer

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience (including health communication)
  • Knowledge of media planning, PR, and digital communication tools

5. Training Officer

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in training/facilitation
  • Knowledge of training methods, LMS, and capacity-building tools
  • Training of Trainers (ToT) certification preferred

6. Database Officer

Posts: 03
Qualification & Experience:

  • MS in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Statistics
  • 5–7 years of experience in data management and analysis
  • Expertise in MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, SPSS, Excel
  • Knowledge of health data systems preferred

7. Admin Officer

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • Master’s degree (MBA/MPA or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of administrative experience (public/private/NGO sector)
  • Knowledge of donor policies, financial and grant management

PPS-5 Position

8. Office Assistant

Posts: 01
Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
