SITUATION VACANT / CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited from qualified, experienced, and competent professionals for appointment against the following positions in the Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Project titled "Establishment of Fruit & Vegetable Mandi, Larkano." The appointments are on a project basis (for three years only) , as provided in the approved PC-I, and are subject to the availability of funds and satisfactory performance.

4 Project Engineer (Civil) 01 BE Civil Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years of relevant experience in road, highway, or infrastructure construction. Rs. 250,000/-
5 Project Engineer (Electrical) 01 BE Electrical Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years of relevant experience in road lighting, traffic signals, and electrical infrastructure. Rs. 250,000/-
6 Project Engineer (Mechanical) 01 BE Mechanical Engineering from HEC-recognized University with at least 7 years of relevant experience in construction machinery, pumps, and mechanical systems. Rs. 250,000/-
7 Admin/HR Officer 01 BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in HR administration, preferably in development projects. Rs. 200,000/-
8 Accounts Officer 01 B.Com / M.Com / ICMA (Inter) or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience in project accounting and financial reporting. Rs. 200,000/-
9 Office Assistant 02 Bachelor's Degree (14 years of education) with at least 3 years of relevant experience in office coordination, documentation, and record management. Rs. 50,000/- each
10 Driver 05 Middle Pass with a valid LTV/HTV driving license and at least 5 years of relevant driving experience. Rs. 50,000/- each
11 Naib Qasid 02 Primary/Middle Pass with at least 2 years of relevant experience in office support duties. Rs. 40,000/-

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected PMU staff shall perform duties relevant to their respective positions. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Project planning and implementation

  • Technical supervision

  • Financial management

  • Procurement

  • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

  • Contract administration

  • Quality control

  • Record management

  • HR/administration

  • Reporting

All duties must be performed in accordance with the approved PC-I, applicable Government rules/policies, and directions of the competent authority.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Appointment Basis: Appointments shall be made strictly against the approved posts and provisions of the PC-1 of the Project. The appointments are on a contract/project basis and shall remain subject to the availability of funds, satisfactory performance, and the continuation of the project.

  2. Salary: The monthly salary packages mentioned above are as approved and provided in the PC-1, subject to applicable Government rules and approvals.

  3. Eligibility: Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualification and experience requirements shall be considered.

  4. Application Requirements: Candidates shall submit their applications along with an updated CV, CNIC, educational certificates/degrees, experience certificates, and other relevant documents.

  5. Government Employees: Candidates already in Government/Semi-Government service shall apply through the proper channel, wherever applicable.

  6. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for a test/interview, if required.

  7. No TA/DA: No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

  8. Document Verification: Original documents shall be produced at the time of the interview for verification.

  9. Right of Authority: The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application, cancel the recruitment process, vary the number of posts, or not fill any post, without assigning any reason.

  10. Joining Allowance: No TA/DA shall be admissible for joining the post.

  11. Influence: Any attempt to influence the recruitment process shall result in disqualification.

  12. Deadline: No application shall be entertained after the due date.

  13. Recruitment Committee: The recruitment shall be carried out by the duly notified Recruitment Committee/competent authority in accordance with the approved PC-I and applicable rules/policies.

  14. No Regularization: The appointment shall confer no right to a regular appointment in Government service.

  15. Place of Posting: The selected candidates may be required to perform duties at Larkano or other project-related locations, as determined by the PMU/competent authority.
