Public Sector Organization, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

02 Director Operations 01 Up to 55 Years Qualification: Masters in Management Sciences, Business or Public Administration, Public Health or any other equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute.

Experience: At least 12 years of work experience in public/private organizations, including at least 5 years of managerial experience. Work experience in healthcare financing and Human Resource Management will be preferred. Certification in human resource and procurement from a local or international university/institution will be an added advantage.
03 Director Finance 01 Up to 55 Years Qualification: CA/ACCA/ICMA or MBA (Finance)/MS in Finance.

Experience: At least 12 years of post-qualification experience in audit, accounts & financial management.

Skills: Hands-on experience in financial management including preparation of annual budget, re-appropriation proposal, reconciliation statements, statement of accounts, balance sheets, depreciation analysis, and audit. Experience working with the rules and procedures of the Accountant General and Auditor General of Pakistan.

Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience, especially professional experience in MIS/Networking/IT.
08 Manager M&E 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management Sciences, Social Sciences, public health or any other relevant field).

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in healthcare or development programs. Work experience in Healthcare Financing/Health Insurance will be preferred.
09 Manager Analytics 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Masters in Management Sciences/Business Administration/Public Health/Statistics/data Science/Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institute.

Experience: At least 8 years of experience in Analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation, preferably in the Social sector. Work experience in Healthcare Financing/Health Insurance will be preferred.
10 Quality Assurance Officer 03 Up to 40 Years Qualification: MBBS/BDS or graduate in Allied Medical Sciences, along with Masters in Public Health or Health Planning & Policy from a PMDC/ HEC recognized institute. Preference will be given to medical graduates and those with additional qualification/training in Health Care Financing and/or experience in healthcare financing.

Experience: At least 03 years of related experience in the humanitarian sector with a focus on health and research.
11 Admin and Procurement Officer 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Masters' Degree from an HEC recognized institution/university.

Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience, with a verifiable track record in the public sector in the area of administration.
12 Account Officer 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: At least Master's degree in business administration/Commerce/ economics/Audit/Accounting & Finance or any other related discipline from an HEC recognized institution/university.

Experience: At least Three years of relevant experience.

Skills: Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), good communication and report writing skills, and understanding of financing and accounting procedures and rules.
13 Field Monitoring Officer 02 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Graduate from an HEC recognized University.

Experience: At least 3 years of related experience in the public/private sector. Preference will be given to candidates having worked in the health sector/health insurance.
14 IT Officers 02 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Master's degree in computer sciences, information technology, web development, Systems engineering or related discipline from an HEC recognized institution/university.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, especially professional experience in MIS/IT.
15 Content Writer 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Master's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field from an HEC recognized institution/university.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience especially in content writing or a related field.

Skills: Proven portfolio of published articles or other writing samples.
16 Graphic Designer 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Master's degree in computer sciences, information technology, web development, Systems engineering related discipline from an HEC recognized Institution/or university.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience especially in graphic design or a related field.

Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
17 PSO to CEO 01 Up to 40 Years Qualification: Bachelor's degree from an HEC recognized institution/university.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a personal secretary or executive assistant, preferably in healthcare or non-profit organizations.

Preference: Candidates who can provide experience of working as private secretary, especially to the head of an organization. Publications and presentation of papers/attendance of national and International conferences and seminars in the relevant field would be a plus point.
18 Office Assistant 01 Up to 45 Years Qualification: BA/B.Sc or equivalent qualification.

Experience: At least three years of relevant experience.

Skills: Basic computer skills with applications such as MS. Word, MS Excel, etc. Good typing speed. Knowledge of general office procedures and office machines (computer, fax, and copier).
19 Helpline Officers 04 Up to 40 Years Qualification: At least Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Marketing, computer science/Telecom Technology/Engineering or any other relevant qualification from an HEC recognized University/Institution.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Skills: Technical expertise regarding complaints management, marketing, clients liaison, consumer services provision, and social media/android-based campaign management.
20 Telephone Operator 01 Up to 35 Years Qualification: At least FA/FSc or equivalent from a recognized board.

Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or telecommunication role is preferred. Familiarity with telephone systems and call management software is a plus.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Provisional Application: Candidates applying for posts at S. No 04 to 20 will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA test. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out after the test. If found ineligible at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified.

  2. ETEA Profile & Verification: All candidates must create a profile on ETEA's website. Before applying, they must print an E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise. Without this verification, they cannot apply.

  3. Screening: Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened for eligibility.

  4. Interview: Call letters will be issued to short-listed candidates only.

  5. Eligibility Date: Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.

  6. Applications: Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those with fake documents will be rejected at any stage.

  7. Age Relaxation: Relaxation of age will be admissible as per existing Government Rules.

  8. Proper Channel: Government/Semi-Government employees should apply through the proper channel.

  9. Multiple Applications: Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately with separate fees.

  10. Vacancy Changes: The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies.

  11. No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be admissible for the test/interview.

  12. Foreign Degree: In case of a foreign degree, an equivalence certificate from HEC, PMDC, or the relevant competent authority must be provided.

  13. Errors/Omissions: Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to correction.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. For Senior Management (S. No 01 to 03): Candidates shall submit their applications along with documents to PO Box No. 599.

  2. For Other Positions (S. No 04 to 20): Candidates shall submit their applications through the online portal of ETEA.

  3. Online Application: Visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

  4. Deposit Slip: After successful online submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, Project code & personal information) will be generated.

  5. Fee Payment: Take a printout of the deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through the Easypaisa app, an Easypaisa Agent, or at any branch of UBL Bank.

  6. Keep Slip: Keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank's stamp with yourself.

  7. No Documents: Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office. Copies will be required from candidates who qualify for the screening test.

  8. Application Dates:

    • Online Application Form availability: 05th August, 2026

    • Last date for submission of online Application & (PO Box): 30th August, 2026

  9. Roll No. Slips: Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk.

  10. Mobile Number: Do not give a ported/converted mobile number.

  11. Test Details: Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.

  12. No Separate Call Letter: No separate call letter will be issued for the screening test.
