Job Opportunities

The Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals through an open competitive process for appointment under the project:

“Expansion of Safe City Islamabad”

The position is non-transferable and will be offered purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scale (PPS).

Position Details

Deputy Project Director (PPS-09)

  • Number of Positions: 01

  • Maximum Age: Up to 45 Years

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum 16 years of education in:

    • Engineering (Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecom)

    • Information Technology

    • Project Management

    • Or equivalent qualification in a related field

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, or specialized ICT/Security certifications will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale ICT / Safe City / Command & Control Center projects.

  • At least 3–5 years in leadership roles, managing multi-stakeholder government projects including:

    • Project planning

    • Implementation

    • Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

    • Reporting

Mandatory Documents (Originals Required at Interview)

Candidates must produce the following original documents at the time of interview:

  • HEC-verified academic certificates

  • CNIC issued by NADRA

  • Professional experience certificates
