1.2 IMPORTANT APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Separate Applications: Applicants applying for more than one post must submit a separate application and pay the processing fee for each post individually.

SECTION 2: PHYSICAL & ENDURANCE TEST REQUIREMENTS

2.1 ELIGIBLE POSTS FOR PHYSICAL TESTS

The following posts require candidates to first undergo Physical and Endurance Tests:

• Sub-Inspector

• Assistant Sub-Inspector

• Constable

• Constable Driver

2.2 ENDURANCE TEST (RUNNING)

2.3 PHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Candidates must also undergo Physical Measurements of height and chest, meeting the Minimum Physical Measurements criteria as specified against each post in the official table.

Important Note:

• Only those applicants who successfully fulfil the Minimum Physical Measurements criteria and qualify the Endurance Test will be allowed to appear for the Computer Based Test (CBT).

• No relaxation will be allowed in lower age limit, physical standards, or endurance test.

SECTION 3: GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS (AS OF 7TH SEPTEMBER 2026)

3.2 AGE RELAXATION

• All candidates applying for the above-mentioned posts shall be entitled to age relaxation in accordance with the Initial Appointment to Posts Relaxation of Upper Age Limit Rules, 1993, including general age relaxation of 5 years.

3.3 POSTING & DEPLOYMENT

• Selected candidates shall be liable to be posted at any place in Pakistan.

3.4 GOVERNMENT SERVANTS

• Applicants already in government service should apply through the proper channel.

• They shall be required to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department at the time of interview.

3.5 DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

• Each applicant shall present his/her original documents along with a set of attested copies of Degrees/Certificates from recognized Boards/Universities/Institutes at the time of interview.

• Warning: Provision of false information is a criminal offense under Sections 420/488/471 of the Pakistan Penal Code. The agency maintains a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent documentation.

• In case any information is found fake or bogus, the candidature of the particular candidate shall stand cancelled, and action shall be taken against the candidate during any stage of recruitment and employment.

3.6 MEDICAL EXAMINATION

• Candidates will be examined by the authorized civil surgeon of the Federal Government.

• Candidates found medically unfit shall be disqualified from the recruitment process.

• Candidates shall be allowed Roll No. Slip and original valid documents (Passport / CNIC) to appear in:

3.8 IT TRAINING REQUIREMENT

• Candidates appointed as Technical Assistant (BPS-14) and UDC (BPS-11) shall be required to successfully complete the prescribed IT Training course of the National Information Technology Board (NITB) before completion of the probation period.
