Community Empowerment and Strengthening of Healthcare Access through Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic
The Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites applications from qualified and experienced individuals for the following posts on a contract basis under the Development Project titled:
“Community Empowerment and Strengthening of Healthcare Access through Maryam Nawaz Health Clinic.”
The required qualifications and experience for each post are detailed below:
Project Pay Scale: PPS-09
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Up to 50 years
Master’s degree (minimum 16 years of education) in:
Accounting / Finance / Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain Management
OR Bachelor of Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy
OR MBA / MPA / ACCA / ACMA / CA / CCA (or equivalent qualification).
Minimum 5 years of relevant practical experience, preferably in the public sector, in:
Administration and procurement of goods, equipment, medicines, works, and services
Consultancy services
Accounts and finance
Public accounts and pre-audit
Public sector audit
Knowledge of Government financial rules and regulations is mandatory.
Project Pay Scale: PPS-08
Number of Posts: 01
Age Limit: Up to 45 years
Bachelor’s degree in:
Pharmacy / Doctor of Pharmacy / MBA / MPA / Supply Chain Management / Economics / Biomedical Engineering / Marketing or equivalent relevant field from a university recognized by HEC.
Minimum 2 years of practical experience, preferably in public sector health projects, including:
Procurement of goods, works, and services
Consultancy services
Conducting related trainings
These positions are post-specific, non-transferable, and offered purely on a contract basis under a development scheme.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Transgender individuals are encouraged to apply.
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees must apply through proper channel.
Submission of fake documents or concealment of facts will result in disqualification.
Only degrees issued by HEC-recognized universities (or foreign universities with HEC equivalence) will be accepted.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. Interview details will be communicated via email/call/SMS.
Original documents along with attested photocopies must be presented at the time of test/interview.
The Department reserves the right to reject any or all applications or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning reasons.
Final terms and conditions of appointment will be settled at the time of appointment.
The decision of the Department regarding eligibility, shortlisting, and selection shall be final.

The date of written/skill test (if required) will be communicated to eligible/shortlisted candidates.
