Bahria University invites applications from suitable candidates for the following positions at Bahria University Head Office, Islamabad.

1. Deputy Director – Student Affairs

Qualification:

  • Master's degree (MS/MPhil) in Management Sciences, Public Administration, Project Management, Education, Social Sciences, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years of post-MS/MPhil experience in student affairs, policy development, or academic administration.

  • At least 5 years must be in a leadership role heading a relevant department/unit in a recognized institution.

2. Instructional Designer

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in higher education administration and policy formulation.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs.

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard.

  • Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, H5P.

  • Familiarity with instructional design frameworks: ADDIE, ASSURE, SAM, TPACK.

  • Knowledge of accessibility tools, media scripting, and project collaboration platforms (e.g., Trello, Miro).

3. Assistant Civil Engineer

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS) in Civil Engineering or equivalent 16 years of education in Civil Engineering.

  • Must be PEC certified.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
