SITUATION VACANT

Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the following post on the prescribed form, which can be downloaded from the University website www.su.edu.pk:

1. Deputy Director, Planning & Development (BS-18)

  • No. of Post: 01 (Regular Basis)
  • Eligibility Criteria:
    1. Education:
      • Master's degree or BS (Second Division) in Economics, Engineering, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, or an equivalent qualification from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized institution.
    2. Experience:
      • Five years post-qualification relevant experience.
    3. Age Limit: 25-45 years.

General Information:

  1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
  2. The prescribed application form (for BS-16 & above) can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website: www.su.edu.pk.
  3. Candidates must submit a completed application form, a detailed CV, and attested copies of testimonials in hard form.
  4. Two recent passport-size photographs should be attached to each application form.
  5. Foreign degree holders must provide an equivalence certificate issued by HEC.
  6. A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 1,500/- must be deposited via the University Challan Form in HBL A/C No. 00427991777803 (under Head of Account "Collection"). No other payment modes (e.g., Demand Draft, Postal Order) will be accepted.
  7. Applicants currently employed in Government/Semi-Government or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel by the closing date.
  8. Applications received after the closing date will not be considered, even if posted before the deadline.
  9. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
  10. If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified, and action will be taken under the rules.
  11. Age relaxation will be granted according to government policies.
  12. Closing Date for Application Submission: 21.10.2024.
  13. The University reserves the right not to fill the position or to withhold the appointment without assigning any reason.
