We Are Hiring

The National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals under Regulations 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002. The following position is currently open:

Position Title:

Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation)

Age Limit:

Maximum: 50 Years
(Includes 5-year age relaxation)

Educational Background:

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree (4 Years) or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution

  • Master’s Degree will be preferred

  • All degrees must be recognized and attested by HEC

Professional Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in field operations, particularly in intelligence setups and forensic investigations

  • Clean service record is mandatory

  • Preference for candidates with certified courses in intelligence, law enforcement, and forensic investigations from reputable institutions

  • Experience in senior management roles within the following organizations is desirable:

    • Pakistani Law Enforcement Agencies

    • Intelligence Bureau (IB)

    • Police

    • Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)

    • Armed Forces

  • Must possess strong leadership, management, and strategic planning capabilities

  • Muzaffarabad (AJK)

  • Gwadar

  • Quetta

  • Karachi

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Appointment is on a contract basis for 5 years, extendable as needed.

  2. NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without justification.

  3. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

  4. False information will result in disqualification.

  5. Government or Semi-Government employees must attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) with their application.

  6. Age relaxation of 5 years is already included in the maximum age limit.

  7. Selected candidates must provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates.

  8. No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview.

  9. HEC-attested degrees or equivalent from relevant bodies must be presented during the interview.

  10. Females, minorities, transgender persons, and differently-abled individuals are strongly encouraged to apply.

  11. Use of electronic gadgets (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) is prohibited during test/interview.
