Applications are invited for filling the following position under the project titled “Strengthening of Planning, Development, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate (SPD&ME), Ministry of Railways, Islamabad”. The appointment will be made purely on a contract basis under the Project Pay Scales (PPS).

Position Details

Deputy Director (PSDP) – PPS-08

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Place of Posting:
    Islamabad, Lahore, or anywhere in Pakistan as per administrative requirement

Qualification Requirements

  • BE / BSc Engineering or MBA / MPA

  • Minimum 18 years of education

  • All degrees must be recognized by HEC / PEC

  • Preference will be given to candidates having:

    • Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, and MS Office

    • Familiarity with advanced software related to Monitoring & Evaluation

Eligibility & Experience

  • Minimum 05 years of relevant work experience in a reputable public or private sector organization

  • Experience related to Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation will be given due weightage

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 45 years

Contract Duration

  • The appointment will be made for a period of two (02) years or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier

  • The contract may be extended on satisfactory performance, subject to project requirements
