NADRA, established under the NADRA Ordinance 2002 and in accordance with Regulations No. 10, 11, and 19, invites applications from highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following position:


Position Details

Deputy Director – Human Resources

Maximum Age Limit: 44 Years

Educational Qualification

  • 16 years of education, HEC verified

  • Degree in Business Administration / Public Administration / Management / Finance or an equivalent relevant field

  • Degrees must be attested by HEC


Professional Experience

  • Preferably 06 years of experience in:

    • Public sector reforms

    • Policy development

    • Strategic planning

  • Experience should be in well-reputed organizations

  • Excellent:

    • Analytical skills

    • Communication skills

    • Stakeholder management abilities


Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Leadership

  • Lead HR initiatives including:

    • Organizational restructuring

    • Role profiling

    • Competency framework development

    • Workforce planning

  • Facilitate process reviews to ensure alignment with strategic objectives

  • Support leadership teams in managing organizational change and HR interventions

Training & Development

  • Design annual training plans based on competency gaps and performance needs

  • Oversee training program development, implementation, and evaluation

  • Manage learning management systems and ensure compliance with training standards

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization

Performance & Engagement

  • Lead the implementation of the Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Ensure consistency in performance evaluation and review processes

  • Design and execute employee engagement strategies and surveys

Policy & Compliance

  • Review, update, and implement HR policies and guidelines

  • Islamabad


Terms & Conditions

  1. Selected candidate will be appointed initially on a 5-year contract, extendable if required.
