WE ARE HIRING

Under the provisions of Regulation 9, 10, and 11 of NADRA Employees (Service) Regulations, 2002, NADRA is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals for the following positions:

Available Positions:

1. Deputy Assistant Director (Office-in-Charge)

  • Age (Max): 30 Years

  • Qualification:

    • 16 years of HEC verified education

    • Preferably 1 year of experience in the public sector or affiliated departments in relevant roles

    • Degrees must be attested from HEC

2. Deputy Superintendent

  • Age (Max): 40 Years

  • Qualification:

    • Graduation (14 Years Education)

    • Minimum 8 years of experience in public sector or affiliated departments in Data Entry/Processing roles

    • Degrees must be attested from HEC

3. Junior Executive (Data Entry Operator)

  • Age (Max): 25 Years

  • Qualification:

    • Intermediate or equivalent

    • Preferably 1 year of experience in public sector or affiliated departments in Data Entry/Processing roles

    • Attested degrees/certificates from HEC or respective educational boards

4. Naib Qasid

  • Age (Max): 40 Years

  • Qualification:

    • Middle School (Matriculation)

    • Preferably 1 year of experience in public sector or affiliated departments in relevant roles

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Probation Period:

    • The selected candidates will undergo a 6-month probation period, extendable based on performance.

  2. Management Rights:

    • NADRA reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.

  3. Shortlisting:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.

  4. Disqualification:

    • Candidates found providing false information will be disqualified at any stage.

  5. Government Employees:

    • Employees currently serving in Government/Semi-Government departments must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of submission of the application.

  6. Age Relaxation:

    • A 5-year age relaxation has already been incorporated into the above age limits.

  7. Health and Character Certificates:

    • The selected candidates will need to provide a Medical Fitness and Character Certificate.

  8. No TA/DA:

    • No TA/DA will be admissible for candidates appearing for the test/interview.

  9. Educational Certificates:

    • Attested degrees from HEC or relevant regulatory bodies must be provided at the time of the interview.

  10. Encouraging Diversity:

  • Females, Minorities, Transgenders, and Differently-abled candidates are encouraged to apply.

  1. Electronic Gadgets:

  • Electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, will not be allowed during the test/interview.

  1. Application Deadline:

  • The last date for submission of applications is 19th October 2025. Only online applications will be accepted.
