REQUIRED DAILY WAGE EMPLOYEES
The University of Sargodha (Main Campus and affiliated colleges – including the College of Engineering & Technology, Law College, and Allama Iqbal Campus) invites applications for the following temporary positions on a daily wages basis for maintenance and repair work:

| 2 | Electric Line Maintenance Worker | Must have 3 years relevant experience |
| 3 | Generator Operator / Diesel Engine Driver | Experience in operating generators |
| 4 | Water & Gas Pipeline Maintenance | Preferably skilled with 3 years experience |
| 5 | Plumber | Minimum 5 years of experience |
| 6 | Plumber Helper | Assistance in plumbing and villa-related maintenance |
| 7 | Welder | Skilled welder preferred, 3 years experience |
| 8 | Painter / Polisher | Must have skills in painting and polishing |
| 9 | AC / Fridge Mechanic | For AC unit repairs, 3 years relevant experience |
| 10 | AC Helper | Must have basic knowledge of AC units |
| 11 | Electrician Helper | Maintenance of filtration plant at Allama Iqbal Campus |
| 12 | Inter Slicer | Maintenance of gas pipelines; 3 years experience |
| 13 | Rickshaw Driver / Loader Driver | Driving license required |
| 14 | Sewer Man | For College of Agriculture – Sewer line maintenance |
| 15 | Draftsman | For College of Engineering & Technology – Map preparation |
| 16 | Graduate Overseer / Architect | Civil works maintenance; relevant degree |
| 17 | AutoCAD Operator | For wood repair tasks |
| 18 | Sub Engineer (Civil) | DAE with 5 years of experience in civil works |
Recruitment Conditions:
-
Appointments are purely temporary, on a three-month basis under the Government of Punjab’s policy, with no right to permanency. Applicants cannot claim regularization in court.

Applications for the year 2025–26 must be submitted by Tuesday, August 5, 2025.

Attach attested copies of domicile, CNIC, and educational certificates with the application.

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview via call/SMS.
Note:

All recruitment will be on merit, in accordance with Finance Department Government of Punjab Notification No. 2/2024-2 RO (Tech) FD dated 01.11.2024.

Salary will be paid according to the Finance Department’s Wage Schedule.

Current daily wage employees must submit their applications through their respective department heads.

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant technical experience.

No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be given.

The number of vacancies may be increased or decreased as per institutional need.
