ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University/College/Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, preferably with a background of Accounting or Finance.

• Candidates having Master's degree in Finance, Economics or an ACCA qualification will be preferred.

AGE

• Maximum 28 years (as on last date of submission of application).

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 01 year of experience in Agricultural and/or SME Banking in Business and/or Risk Management in a Commercial Bank.

OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Regional Executive Credit in reviewing and analyzing credit proposals of SME and Agri, including quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and climate related risks.

• To analyze working capital and requirements for both SME and Agri segments, including production and development loans as well as seasonal financing requirements.

• To comply with internal Policies and Regulatory guidelines.

• Structuring credit limits in conjunction with actual requirements of the borrowers and also in line with the offered collateral.

• To assist in rectifying internal/external audit observations.

• To coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information.

• Basic understanding of farm and non-farm credit lifecycles as well as awareness of green banking, environmental & social and climate related risks.

• To perform any other assignment assigned by the supervisor(s).

OTHER KNOWLEDGE / COMPETENCIES

• Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Agri and SME financing products.

• Proficiency in Credit Analysis.

• Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis.

• Proficient in the use of MS Office.

• Understanding of different types of collateral.
