The individuals who fulfill the below basic-eligibility criteria may apply for the following position:

01 Position / Job Title Credit Manager (AVP)
  Reporting to Regional Executive - Credit Risk Management Division
  Educational / Professional Qualification
  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international University / College / Institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan, preferably with accounting or finance background
  Experience
  • Minimum 06 years of experience in Commercial or SME banking, either in the business and / or in risk management in a Commercial Bank
  Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required
  • Credit analysis
  • Financial statement analysis
  • Knowledge of SME, Commercial financing products
  • Understanding of different types of collaterals
  • Awareness of SBP Prudential Regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • To support Regional Executive Credit in review and analyze credit proposals of SME, Commercial & Agri including Quantitative analysis, Qualitative analysis and Climate
  • To ensure compliance with internal policies and Regulatory guidelines
  • To limit structuring and credit worthiness in conjunction with the collateral offered
  • To assist in internal / external audits
  • To coordinate with business groups for clarifications and relevant information
  • To analyze reputational risk profile, including climate and sustainability risks
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisor(s)
  Place of Posting DG Khan, Peshawar, Sahiwal and Sialkot
Assessment Interview(s) Only shortlisted candidates strictly meeting the above-mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be invited for panel interview(s).
Employment Type The employment will be on contractual basis for three years which may be renewed on discretion of the Management. Selected candidates will be offered compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s Policy / rules.
