HIRING OF CONSULTANT / CONSORTIUM OF CONSULTANT(S)

For Establishment of National Botanical Garden

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The Government of Pakistan plans to develop a National Botanical Garden on state-owned land located at the Zoological Survey of Pakistan, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad.
The Botanical Garden will be developed over an area of 725 acres.

REQUIRED SERVICES

The services of National/International Consultant(s) or a Consortium of Consultants are required for:

Conceptual Design
Master Planning
Detailed Design

for the establishment of the National Botanical Garden at the Zoological Survey of Pakistan, Simly Dam Road, Islamabad.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure.
Technical and Financial Proposals — prepared as per the prescribed format and submitted in two separate sealed envelopes — are invited as per the scope of work defined in the Terms of Reference (ToRs).

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

The following documents must be submitted along with the Technical Proposal:

Profile of the Consultant(s) / Consortium of Consultant(s).
List of permanent professional staff, along with CVs of the core team, clearly indicating similar project-wise experience and exact duration for each project.
List of similar projects completed during the last ten (10) years.
List of similar projects currently in hand.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Proposals will be processed in accordance with the relevant provisions of the PPRA Rules.
The Ministry of Climate Change and Environmental Coordination reserves the right to reject any or all proposals as per applicable rules.
