HIRING OF CONSULTANT/ARCHITECT SERVICES

The Cantonment Board Hyderabad, a corporate body with perpetual succession and a common seal, invites company profiles along with technical and financial proposals from qualified and reputed Consultant/Architect Firms with a minimum of 10 years of experience and duly registered with PCATP/PEC.

The selection process will be conducted under PPRA Rule 36(b) (Single Stage Two Envelope).

Submission Details:

  • Last Date for Submission: 27th March 2025, by 11:00 AM
  • Bid Opening Date: 27th March 2025, at 11:30 AM
  • Non-Refundable Fee: Rs. 10,000/- (Payable via DD/PO in favor of the undersigned)
  • Bid Security: 2% of the financial bid (to be attached with the financial proposal)

Proposals will be opened in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives.

Job Category:

Hiring of consultancy services for the preparation of proposals regarding the development of a Modern Shopping Center, including:

  • Drawings, designs, and layout plans
  • Optimum utilization of land
  • Market research-based planning

The project area covers 3.94 acres, including:

  • Existing Office Building
  • Cantt House
  • CB Staff Colony
  • CB Workshop

Location: Survey No. 63/A & Survey No. 63-B-1, Salahuddin Road, Hyderabad Cantt.

Mandatory Documents for Submission:

  1. Preliminary design/proposal for the optimum utilization of land.
  2. Company Profile, including CNICs.
  3. Valid Registration Certificates of PCATP and PEC.
  4. List of Permanent Staff with their credentials.
  5. List of Equipment, Tools, and IT Gadgetries.
  6. List of Projects Completed in the last 10 years (TP, Architecture, Infrastructure).
  7. List of Ongoing Projects.
  8. Financial Stability Certificate issued by a concerned bank.
  9. Tax Registration Certificates with relevant authorities.
  10. Affidavit confirming the firm is not blacklisted by any public or private entity.
  11. Bank Certificate issued by the relevant bank.
