VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

For Cantt Public Girls School & College, Abbottabad

Position Title: Principal (Female only)

No. of Posts: 01

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Ph.D./M.Phil/MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (preferred) or any other related subject from an HEC-recognized institution.

    • Minimum 1st Division, 2.5 CGPA, or 60% in the highest degree.

    • B.Ed/M.Ed (preferable).

  • Experience:

    • At least 8-10 years of administrative experience in a renowned Matric/Intermediate school or college with over 800 students.

  • Age Limit:

    • Between 40-55 years.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Preference will be given to candidates with broader experience in the relevant field.

  2. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and interview.

  3. Documents: Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  4. TA/DA: No TA/DA will be provided for the interview process.

  5. Contractual Terms:

    • The post is Non-Transferable.

    • Recruitment will be on a contract basis and shall remain as such.

  6. Eligibility:

    • Serving Principals in the Cantt Public Education System (CPES), who meet the prerequisite qualifications, are also eligible to apply.

  7. Ineligibility:

    • Individuals previously terminated or disengaged from any position within the Cantt Public Education System are not eligible to apply.
