Institution Overview (Description)

The Cantonment Board Peshawar, under the Military Lands & Cantonments Department, invites applications from highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated female education professionals for appointment at the Cantonment Public Girls High School, located on Khadim Hussain Road, Peshawar Cantt.

Position Title:

Principal (Female)

Cantonment Public Girls High School, Khadim Hussain Road, Peshawar Cantt

Minimum Qualification & Experience

Educational Qualification:

  • Ph.D., MPhil, or MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (preferred), or any other relevant subject from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Minimum 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% marks in the highest degree.

  • B.Ed. / M.Ed. preferred.

Experience:

  • 8–10 years of administrative experience in a reputable Matric/Intermediate-level school or college with a student strength exceeding 800.

Age Limit:

  • 40–55 years

Terms and Conditions (Description)

  • The appointment will be on a contract basis and non-transferable.

  • After an initial six (06) months’ probation period, a confirmatory interview will be conducted by the CSC (Cantonment Selection Committee).

  • Upon successful completion, a formal three (03) years’ contract will be awarded, which may be extended annually based on performance evaluation as per the ML&C Education Policy 2024.

Salary Package (Detail)

  • Monthly Salary Range: Rs. 75,000/- to Rs. 100,000/-

  • The exact amount will be determined at the time of the interview based on the candidate’s qualifications and experience, in accordance with the HQ ML&C Education Policy.
