Hiring of Consultancy Services for Building Design in Gilgit-Baltistan & Chitral

Description:

The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan invites proposals from reputed and skilled architectural design consultancy firms for various projects in Gilgit-Baltistan and Chitral. The selected firm will be responsible for:

  • Preparing conceptual and architectural designs

  • Producing detailed engineering drawings

  • Developing tender documents across architectural and engineering disciplines

  • Ensuring site implementation compliance with approved designs

Details:

  • Eligibility:
    Firms must be registered with PCATP and FBR, having a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
    Firms should include at least 10 qualified technical staff, preferably with expertise in LEED, EDGE, or other green building certification projects.

  • Required Documents:
    The company profile should include:

    • Year of establishment

    • Organizational structure (organogram)

    • Brief team profiles

    • List and photos of ongoing and completed projects (highlighting those meeting the stated requirements)

    • Client list

    • PCATP registration number

    • Contact details

    • NTN number

  • Submission Timeline:

    • Company profiles submission deadline: 29th June 2025

    • Final proposals deadline: 30th June 2025, before 3:00 PM
