Establishment of Program Management Unit (PMU)

Project Title: Provision of Sewerage & Storm Water Drainage Facilities in Punjab

?? Project Overview

The Government of Punjab envisions the development of modern, clean, and well-managed urban cities with improved infrastructure, particularly in the areas of sewerage and storm water drainage systems.

The main objective of this program is to:

  • Strengthen Local Government institutions
  • Improve urban management systems
  • Develop efficient sewerage and drainage infrastructure
  • Ensure proper wastewater and stormwater management

This initiative aims to:

  • Protect public health
  • Prevent water pollution
  • Reduce urban flooding
  • Safeguard public infrastructure through efficient drainage systems

To ensure effective execution, a Program Management Unit (PMU) is being established to supervise:

  • Planning and implementation of works
  • Quality control of construction
  • Procurement and management of contractors

?? Available Positions

1. Computer Operator (PPS-05)

  • Number of Posts: 02

Qualification:

  • Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or equivalent
  • Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications / IT
  • Proficiency in:
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS PowerPoint
    • Typing speed: 40 WPM

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 35 years

2. Office Boy (PPS-02)

  • Number of Posts: 02

Qualification:

  • Middle pass

Experience:

  • Fresh or relevant experience preferred

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 45 years

3. Driver (PPS-03)

  • Number of Posts: 03

Qualification:

  • Middle / Matric

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years driving experience
  • Valid LTV driving license required

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 45 years

4. Guard (PPS-02)

  • Number of Posts: 01

Qualification:

  • Literate

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
