SITUATION VACANT

Project Title: Establishment of Islamabad Monitoring Station Housing FAB HQ's Building

Appointment Details:

• Contract Basis: Project-based appointments, initially for two (02) years.

• Project Pay Scale (PPS): Salaries as per the specified pay scale for each post.

• No Claim for Regularization: The contract is not transferable to a permanent position in FAB.

• Contract Extension: The contract may be extended if the project continues beyond the initial term, otherwise, it will terminate automatically.

Vacant Positions:

1. Assistant Director (Civil)

   • No. of Posts: 01

   • PPS: 7 (BPS-17)

   • Gross Salary: Rs. 157,500

   • Age: Min. 28 years

   • Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering with minimum 3.5 CGPA or 75% aggregate.

   • Experience: Minimum 5 years of field experience in project planning and execution, in the public/private sector.

   • Skills:

     • Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, Primavera-P6, and official correspondence.

     • Valid PEC Registration.

   • Job Description:

     • Responsible for overseeing construction, planning, quality assurance, and site supervision of the FAB's new HQ building project.

     • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety codes, and project timelines.

2. Assistant

   • No. of Posts: 01

   • PPS: 4 (BPS-11)

   • Gross Salary: Rs. 52,500

   • Age: Min. 25 years

   • Qualification: MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering.

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in public/private sectors.

   • Skills:

     • Proficient in MS Office and official correspondence.

   • Job Description:

     • Provide administrative and documentation support for the new HQ building project, including procurement files, contracts, and progress reports.

3. Junior Assistant

   • No. of Posts: 01

   • PPS: 3 (BPS-9)

   • Gross Salary: Rs. 43,750

   • Age: Min. 25 years

   • Qualification: Intermediate (1st Division).

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of clerical/administrative support experience.

   • Skills:

     • Proficient in MS Office.

   • Job Description:

     • Provide clerical support for project records, file management, data entry, and office documentation.

4. Driver

   • No. of Posts: 02

   • PPS: 2 (BPS-5)

   • Gross Salary: Rs. 35,000

   • Age: Min. 25 years

   • Qualification: Matriculation.

   • Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience in public/private sectors.

   • Skills:

     • Valid LTV license.

   • Job Description:

     • Drive vehicles as required for the project.

Important Instructions:

1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.

2. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test/interview.

3. Preferred conditions will only be considered when all other conditions are equal.
