ISLAMABAD HEALTHCARE REGULATORY AUTHORITY
JOIN IHRA AS A PRESTIGIOUS POOL OF ASSESSORS
The Islamabad Healthcare Regulatory Authority (IHRA) was established under the Islamabad Healthcare Regulation Act, 2018, as a statutory body responsible for regulating both public and private healthcare establishments within the Islamabad Capital Territory. Its primary objective is to enhance the quality of healthcare services in the region.
The IHRA invites applications from eligible Pakistani Nationals to form a Pool of Assessors. These assessors will be engaged on an as-needed basis under approved terms and conditions.
CATEGORIES AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

| Clinical Specialist | 1 | MBBS/BDS with FCPS or equivalent. Clinical Specialist with valid PMDC Registration. | 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
| Homeo Physician | 2 | Bachelor/Diploma in Homeopathy (BHMS/DHMS), registered with the National Council for Homeopathy. | 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
| Tabeeb | 3 | Bachelor/Diploma in Tibb (BEM/FTJ), registered with the National Council for Tibb. | 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
| Nurse | 4 | BS Nursing or Post-RN, or higher degree. | 8 years of post-qualification experience as a qualified Nurse in a hospital. |
| Pharmacist | 5 | B-Pharmacy/Pharm-D. | 8 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a hospital setting. |
| Electro-Medical Engineer | 6 | BSc Engineering in Electro-Medical, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Bio-Medical. | 8 years of post-qualification experience in managing medical/hospital equipment. |
| Laboratory Technologist | 7 | BS Medical Laboratory Technology (BS MLT). | 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
| Physiotherapist/Speech Therapist | 8 | Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS Speech-Language Pathology (SLP). | 8 years of post-qualification experience. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Professional Attributes: Candidates should be highly motivated, competent, and possess strong communication skills.
- Training: Selected assessors will receive training on standards before starting assignments.
- Reference Material: Manuals for Minimum Service Delivery Standards (MSDS) are available on the IHRA website (www.ihra.gov.pk).
- Application Submission:
- Submit a CV along with attested copies of CNIC, educational certificates, and experience letters.
- Send documents through registered post or courier service to the address below.
- Clearly mark the envelope with the title of the applied category.
- Application Deadlines:
- Applications will remain open throughout the year.
- For the initial phase, applications must be submitted within 15 days of the advertisement's publication.
- Incompleteness: Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Tenure: Selected candidates will remain on the IHRA Panel for one year, extendable with Board approval.
- Retainership Fees: No retainership fee will be paid; services will be hired on an as-needed basis or as directed by the IHRA Board.
