ADMISSION NOTICE

Ph.D Degree Programs – 16th Batch (Evening Program) | Main Campus, Nawabshah

Applications are invited on the prescribed proforma for admission to the 16th Batch of Ph.D Programs (Evening) at the Main Campus, Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Minimum Academic Qualification:

    • CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00 in the Semester System or

    • First Division (60%) in the Annual/Term System

    • Qualification must be in a relevant Master's degree from QUEST or any HEC-recognized university/institution

  • Testing Requirement:

    • Minimum 60% score in International GRE or GAT (General) conducted by NTS

    • OR 60% score in GAT (General) type computer-based test conducted by QUEST

Steps to Apply:

  1. Visit the QUEST Online Admission Portal: https://pgs.quest.edu.pk

  2. Register and fill out the online application form with required information.

  3. Generate the online challan for the entry test fee of Rs. 5,000/-

  4. Deposit the fee in any branch of Habib Bank Limited (HBL) in Pakistan.

  5. Upload the following scanned documents:

    • Recent passport-size photograph

    • Relevant academic documents

    • Paid challan receipt

  • The schedule for the Computer-Based Test for Ph.D admissions will be announced later.
