Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) under the administrative control of Ministry of Commerce Government of Pakistan invites applications for the post of Chief Financial Officer. Candidates possessing the following qualification & experience may apply:

1. Chief Financial Officer
  • A member of a recognized body of professional accountants with at least live years managerial experience in the field of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company having total assets of five billion rupees or more; or
  • A person holding Masters Degree in Finance from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least ten years of managerial experience in field of audit or accounting or in managing financial or corporate affairs functions of a company.
Preference will be given to candidates having following experience / familiarity.
  • Familiarity of implementation of IFRS 17;
  • Experience as key officer (in field of audit or accounting) in insurance industry;
  • Experience in public sector and professional know-how of public sector working structure;
  • Knowledge of public procurement and know-how of PPRA Rules / Regulations
  • Exposure to ERP environment
