Job Opportunity

The Trading Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Limited (TCP), a state-owned corporation operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan, is seeking to hire a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The position is for a contract period and the specific requirements are outlined below:

Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Number of Posts: 01

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Option a):
    Member of an organized body of professional accountants, with at least five years of relevant experience in state-owned enterprises (SOEs) having total assets of five billion rupees or more.

  • Option b):
    Master's degree in finance-related disciplines from an HEC-recognized university, with at least ten years of relevant experience in other SOEs.

Age:

Up to 55 years

Domicile:

As per requirement.

Job Status:

Initially employed on a contract basis for three years, subject to satisfactory performance. Afterward, the candidate may be offered permanent employment or a contract extension for another two years, with approval from the Chairman, TCP.

Remuneration Package:

  • Monthly Salary: Up to Rs. 900,000
  • Leave:
    • 120 days casual leave annually
    • 15 days leave with full pay annually (fully encashable, non-transferable to next year)
  • Medical Facility: IPD/OPD coverage for the employee and their immediate family (parents, spouse, and children)
  • Annual Bonuses: Two bonuses per year, subject to performance and profitability
