?? SITUATION VACANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following positions at Khyber Medical College (KMC), Peshawar, a Medical Teaching Institution (MTI), on contract basis under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015 (amended).

?? 1. Chairperson – Accident & Emergency (A&E)

Type of Appointment: 3-Year Contract
Qualification:

MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PM&DC.

Fellowship in Emergency Medicine; preferably FCPS in Emergency Medicine or equivalent PM&DC Level-III qualification (e.g. FRCEM, FACEM, DABEM).

Alternatively, Level-III qualification in a primary clinical specialty (Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesia), or Level-B qualification in Emergency Medicine (e.g. MRCEM).

Experience:

For Fellowship holders in Emergency Medicine: Minimum 2 years of post-graduation experience in a reputable hospital’s A&E department.

For those with primary specialty: Minimum 3 years of post-graduation A&E experience in a reputable hospital.

Preference:

Candidates with ACLS and ATLS certifications will be prioritized.

This role involves both administrative duties and clinical responsibilities related to patient care.

Eligibility:
As per MTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa / PM&DC 2018 Regulations (amended from time to time).

Pediatrics

Radiology

Histopathology

Nephrology

Molecular Biology

?? 4. Non-Teaching/Support Staff Positions

??? Computer Operator

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT (14 years of education) or Second Class Bachelor’s with DIT from a recognized technical board.

Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a reputable public or private organization.

??? Projectionist

Qualification: SSC (Secondary School Certificate)

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a recognized government institute or 5 years in semi-government/private sector.

????? Lecture Room Attendant

Qualification: SSC from a recognized board.

Domicile: Must be from District Peshawar.

Age Limit: 22–35 years.

Preference: Relevant experience.

Evaluation: Based on practical and physical fitness test.

??? Bearer

Qualification: Literate preferred.

Qualification: SSC from a recognized board.
