• Regulations by the Policy Board for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MTI Act, 2015 (https://policyboardkp.pk) and PM&DC 2025 (amended from time to time) shall apply.

1. Application Submission (Mandatory Online):

2. Processing Fee:

• Rs. 3,000/- for each position (non-refundable)

3. Hard Copy Submission:

• A complete job application/covering letter and original deposit slip along with complete educational documents and experience certificates (where applicable) must be received at the Department of HR & Establishment, KMC through registered courier service only.

• The envelope must clearly bear the name of the position at the corner.

4. Deadline:

• Within FIFTEEN (15) days of the publication of this advertisement.

• If the closing date falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date.

5. Late/Incomplete Applications:

• Any application/documents received after the closing time and date shall be rejected.

• No documents will be accepted/changed/replaced once received along with the application.

• Incomplete applications shall be rejected.

6. Equivalency Certificate:

• It is the responsibility of candidates to provide a valid equivalency certificate from HEC Pakistan/PMDC/other regulatory bodies along with the application to justify their academic eligibility for the post applied for.

7. Degree in Progress:

• Degree in-progress types of academic certificates shall not be considered.

8. Experience Marks:

• Experience marks for relevant experience shall be awarded only to those candidates who provide valid documentary evidence for the claimed relevant experience required for the position applied for.

• Only post-qualification relevant experience will be considered.

9. Multiple Applications:

• Candidates applying for more than one post shall apply separately along with the processing fee as mentioned above.

10. Shortlisting:

• Only shortlisted candidates as per prescribed criteria shall be called for the interview/test.

11. Governance:

• Services of selected candidates will be governed under the KPK Medical & Teaching Institution Reform Act, 2015 (amended from time to time) and regulations framed thereunder.

12. Government/Semi-Government Employees:

• Employees of Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous & Semi-Autonomous bodies shall apply through proper channel.

• In case of civil servants, the applicant shall submit an NOC from his/her parent department along with the application.

13. Resignation Requirement:

• All Civil/Government servants (if selected) or employees of any organization will resign from Civil/Govt./Semi-Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous service or from employment of any other organization.

• No lien or any such relief of any sort shall be acceptable.

14. Merit-Based Recruitment:

• All recruitment will be done on merit basis.

• Any reason to influence the process will make the candidate liable for disqualification in the said selection process.

15. Disqualification/Exclusion:

A candidate may be disqualified or excluded from the selection process if she/he:

• Has been convicted by a court of law; or

• Dismissed/terminated/removed from service; and/or

• Furnishes any false/forged information and/or documents while applying for any post; and/or

• Suppresses any information which may lead to her/his disqualification from selection; and/or

• Attempts to influence the selection process in her/his favor or against any other candidate; and/or

• Misbehaves during the test and/or selection interview.

16. Original Documents:

• Original documents should be produced at the time of interview.

17. Authority Rights:

• The competent authority of MTI KMC shall have the undeniable vested right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the advertisement without providing any reason.

18. No Right of Appointment:

• The candidate in case of recommendations shall not have rights to be appointed unless approved by the competent authority.

• Mere recommendation doesn't constitute a right of appointment.

19. Salary Package:

• The candidate in case of appointment shall receive a salary package as approved for initial appointment.

• No seniority, whatsoever, shall be admissible.

20. Mandatory IBPs:

• Selected clinical faculty members must do mandatory IBPs as per MTI-Act 2015 (amended from time to time).
