PUNJAB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT FUND (PSDF)

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF), established in 2010 as a not-for-profit company by the Government of Punjab (GoPb), is the largest skills development fund in Pakistan.

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following positions at our Lahore Head Office:

Available Positions

1. Chief Operating Officer

Qualification:

Master’s degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

Experience:

Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years in a senior management role.

2. Manager – Business Development & Research

Qualification:

Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in a relevant/similar field.

At least 3 years in a senior management role.

Experience with international organizations will be preferred.

3. HR Specialist

Qualification:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to:

Talent Acquisition

Employer Branding

Performance Management

Learning & Development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

4. Assistant Manager – Program Operations

Qualification:

Bachelor’s (Hons) in Economics, Social Sciences, Management Sciences, MBA, or any relevant field from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in program operations and key account management within a relevant/similar field.
