01 Transportation Planning & Operations Specialist 01
  1. MS in Transportation Engineering
  2. 10 Years' Experience in Transport Sector including At least 06 Years Specific Experience in BRT/LRT/ MRT etc. Operations.
  3. Professional Engineer (Transport) will be given an added advantage.
Reporting to Project Director. Support in developing Scheduling. Integrated Transport Modeling, Contract Formation & Inspections/ Monitoring Bus Operations like Procurement of Buses & IT Equipment and other BRT related infrastructure. Candidate must know the Non-Fare Revenue options compatible with city requirements. Supervise all aspects of BRT Operations, develop schemes & models of new BRT Structures like Feeder Routes. BRT Lines etc. Conduct Feasibilities to develop and execute all program reviews. Provide technical advice as well as expertise to systems development technical project groups. Conduct administrative and technical reviews of continuing company projects.
02 Manager Operations 01
  1. BSc in Engineering (preferably Transportation/Civil Engineering) or MBA (Marketing/Finance)
  2. 08 Years' Experience including at least 05 Years Specific Experience in any component of BRT like AFC-BSS/Janitorial Services/Bus Operations etc.
To assist Transportation Planning & Operations Specialist in MBS Operations and performance evaluations of service providers.
03 Manager Contracts 01
  1. BSc in Transportation / Civil Engineering.
  2. 08 Years' Experience of Transportation Related Projects including at least 05 Years' Experience in Procurement / Maintenance /Contract Agreements/ Bidding Documents/ Hiring of Contractors/Engineering Consultancy Contracts etc. of civil infrastructures.
  3. Must have sound and professional knowledge of Schedule/Non-Schedule Rates, Tendering Process, PPRA Rules. Estimation, Measurements. and Surveys of Civil Works etc.
To assist Transportation Planning & Operations Specialist in MBS Operations' Contracts.
04 Assistant Manager IT 01
  1. BS/MS in Computer Sciences/ Electrical Engineering.
  2. 06 Years' Experience after BS or 03 Years' Experience after MS in Transport Sector/BRT MRT/ Public Sector etc.
  3. Specific Experience in BRT Operations related to AFC-BSS & IT Solutions is mandatory.
Reporting to immediate supervisor to assist in planning, provisioning, and maintaining IT solutions (Automated Fare Collection, Bus Scheduling System etc.) for MBS - through outsourced service providers as well as in-house cross-functional teams
05 Assistant Manager Operations 01
  1. BSc in Engineering preferably Transportation/Civil Engineering or MBA (Finance/Marketing)
  2. 06 Years' Experience in Transport/ Road / Construction Sector / BRT MRT/ Public Sector/Traffic Surveys/ Traffic Operations etc.
Reporting to Manager Operations. Liaison with Operation supervisors for adherence to the daily schedules. Compilation of data for planning and system evaluation
06 Assistant Manager Finance 01
  1. ACMA (inter)/CA (inter).
  2. 06 Years' Experience in Accounts Services.
  3. Specific Experience in BRT/ Transport Projects Public Sectors (Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies etc.) will be given an added advantage.
Reporting to Manager Finance.
07 Admin Officer 01
  1. MBA (HR/Marketing) with 03 Years of Professional Experience in International/National firms.
Reporting to Manager Operations.
