QUAID-I-AZAM UNIVERSITY, ISLAMABAD

WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals for a dynamic, high-level administrative and security management position at the university.

Position Overview

  • Post Name: Campus Manager

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Scale/BPS: BPS-20 equivalent (On a contract basis with a fixed salary to be decided by the University Syndicate).

  • Quota: Open Merit

  • Primary Core Mandate: Overall management and betterment of security across the QAU Campus, student hostels, and university property.

Qualification & Experience Criteria

1. Academic Qualification

  • Master’s degree or equivalent.

  • Preferred Fields: Management, Administration, or Education Planning & Management (EPM).

2. Professional Experience

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

  • Must include at least 7 years of experience in BPS-18 or equivalent.

  • Preferred Background: Experience within an educational institution or a reputable national/international organization.

  • Preference: Candidates who have served in a professional organization at a higher cadre will be given preference.

3. Preferred Backgrounds (Law Enforcement)

  • Retired personnel from the Pakistan Army, Police, or other law enforcement agencies will be highly preferred.

4. Key Skills Required

  • Strong communication and analytical skills.

  • Proven leadership qualities.

  • In-depth knowledge of civil servant rules, procedures, and official codal formalities.

Step-by-Step Application & Walk-In Interview Process

Step 1: Pre-Interview Email Submission (Due by June 01, 2026)

  • Download the prescribed application proforma from www.qau.edu.pk (or obtain it from the Registrar Office - Establishment Section).

  • Duly fill out the form and email it to ar_estt@qau.edu.pk at least 3 days before the interview date.

Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

  • Submit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/-.

  • Payment Method: Pay order, bank draft (from any bank), or a paid challan strictly from the HBL Quaid-i-Azam University branch, drawn in favor of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University.

Step 3: Attend the Walk-In Interview

  • Interview Date: June 04, 2026

  • Venue: Syndicate Room, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.

  • What to Bring (Two Bound Sets): You must bring two copies of your application form, fully bound together with:

    • The original fee instrument (Pay order/Bank draft/Challan).

    • Attested copies of degrees, certificates, and experience letters.

    • Attested copy of CNIC.

    • Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.

Important Instructions & Conditions

  • Government Servants: Applicants currently working in Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide an attested Service Certificate from current and former employers.

  • Candidature Cancellation: Incomplete applications or failing to physically appear before the Selection Board on the specified date will result in immediate disqualification.

  • Shortlisting: While it is a walk-in-interview for eligible candidates, only shortlisted candidates meeting the exact scale criteria will be formally evaluated by the Selection Board.
