Vacant Positions Announcement

The Directorate General of Culture Sindh invites applications from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for the following vacant position. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement. Candidates must meet the prescribed qualifications and experience criteria mentioned against the post.

Available Position

Cameraman (BPS-15)

  • Number of Posts: 03

  • Age Limit: 21–28 years

Required Qualification & Experience:

  1. Graduate (at least Second Division) from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

  2. Certificate in Camera Operating from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE).

Additional Conditions:

  1. Applicants must have successfully passed the Graduation Category General Screening Test conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS) with a minimum score of 40% (as required for appointment to the above post) and must possess a valid certificate issued by STS.

  2. The age of the applicant will be calculated as of the closing date of application submission, in accordance with the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2000 (as amended). However, upper age relaxation will be granted as per the prevailing Government of Sindh policy.

  3. Quota for initial appointment shall be observed in accordance with the applicable laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh.

  4. Candidates already serving in government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective departments prior to applying. The original NOC must be presented at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  5. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview along with original documents, as per the schedule uploaded on the job portal.

  6. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
