Job Advertisement: Contract Position

Position: Senior Director Procurement (PPS-07)
Number of Posts: 01
Location: Sindh, Pakistan
Project: A foreign-funded development project
Appointment: Purely temporary on a contract basis
Eligibility: Candidate must hold a Sindh Province domicile.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.

    • Minimum five (5) years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Management.

  • Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Procurement, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university will be considered an additional qualification.

    • Candidates with prior experience in development projects funded by foreign donor agencies will be given preference.

    • Additional procurement-related certifications will be preferred.

    • Candidates with a good working knowledge of World Bank Procurement Guidelines, FIDIC conditions of contract, and PPRA/SPPRA rules will be preferred.

    • Skilled in MS Office and procurement-related software.

    • Strong orientation towards focusing on results and impact.

  • Maximum Age Limit: 40 years
