NTL invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates for the following vacant position:


Position Title:

Call Center Customer Service Representative

Number of Positions: 01

Location: Islamabad

Maximum Age Limit: 28 years

Employment Type: Contract-based (initially 3 years, extendable)

Probation Period: 6 months


Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university

Proficiency in documentation and communication tools such as:

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

VICIDIAL (or other call center tools)


Preferred Experience:

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Prior work in a Call Center or Customer Service department

Experience in:

Handling technical complaints (troubleshooting and resolution)

Dealing with customer queries via phone and email

Using professional communication and documentation tools

Capability to handle high call volumes, manage multiple queries simultaneously, and resolve issues professionally and promptly


Key Responsibilities:

Establish effective communication and cooperation with colleagues and clients

Deliver empathetic, respectful, and patient service to customers even in challenging situations

Support the preparation of monthly reports on customer complaints and resolutions

Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email

Improve customer satisfaction by delivering quality support and timely assistance

Contribute to team performance and the success of the support platform

Take ownership of account issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution

Provide technical support and solutions in real time


Core Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively and professionally

Capability to work in shifts and handle real-time support needs

Familiarity with CRM systems, call tracking, and reporting tools is a plus


Terms & Conditions:

The appointment will be on a contract basis for three years, extendable based on satisfactory performance

The first six months will be considered as a probationary period

No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview

Candidates must present their verified degrees and documents from HEC at the time of the interview

The administration reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview

Bringing electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, etc.) to the test/interview is strictly prohibited

Candidates providing false or misleading information will be disqualified

Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate and Character Certificate
