?? 1) Billing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end billing and invoicing processes

Supervise daily billing operations

Ensure compliance with billing standards and timely invoicing

Identify and implement process improvements for billing efficiency

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

ICMA Part Qualified (preferred)

1–3 years of relevant experience in billing or finance

Solid understanding of billing systems, reporting, and reconciliation

Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and organized

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts

?? 2) Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Update and maintain accurate sales and billing records

Process tearsheets and ROS (Run of Schedule)

Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions

Track invoice dispatch and manage client follow-ups

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance

1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting

Strong validation, record-keeping, and data entry skills

Familiarity with sales order processing

Highly organized and detail-focused

Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
