1	GM Development	- B.Sc in Civil Engineering - Minimum 15 years of relevant experience (at least 5 years in senior leadership roles) - Proven track record in large-scale infrastructure projects - Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills - PEC registration is mandatory - Retired senior officers from Govt./Engineering Services may also apply	1
		Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise infrastructure projects from planning to completion • Coordinate with consultants, contractors & regulatory bodies • Ensure compliance with safety standards & legal requirements • Develop strategies for long-term growth
2	Project Manager	- B.Sc in Civil Engineering - Minimum 7–10 years of project management experience in housing/infrastructure development - PEC registration is mandatory - Ability to supervise infrastructure works like roads, water supply, electrification, etc. - Strong ability to deliver results under pressure	2
		Responsibilities: • Ensure project execution per approved designs and specifications • Monitor project progress and maintain timelines • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
3	Electrician	- DAE Electrical / FA / Matric - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in housing societies - Skills in overhead transformer installation, DB boxes, meters, street lighting, AC/UPS, and generator wiring - Knowledge of safety codes and best practices - Physically fit and able to work at heights	5
		Preference: WAPDA employees with relevant experience Age Limit: 30 to 45 years
4	CCTV Operator	- Intermediate (FA/FSc) / CCTV Diploma / DIT - Minimum 5 years of experience in CCTV camera installation and system operations - Skills in DVR/NVR setup, wireless configuration, surveillance monitoring - Able to work in shifts and under pressure	1
		Responsibilities: • Monitor CCTV systems • Maintain logs and reports • Coordinate with security staff for quick response
