JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position Title:

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A well-established organization is seeking to hire a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We are looking for a visionary leader capable of driving strategic growth, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring operational excellence.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Educational Qualification:

MBA / MPA / Master’s in Management, Economics, or a related field

OR a Professional Degree in Engineering or Sciences

Preferable: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of professional experience

At least 5 years in a senior leadership/management role in a reputable local or international organization

Experience as CEO or in a similar executive role overseeing an entire organization is highly desirable

Age Limit:

Maximum 57 years (Strictly no age relaxation)

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to achieve the organization's long-term vision, growth, and sustainability

Formulate and implement organizational policies, operational plans, and corporate goals

Monitor and manage the organization’s financial performance, investments, and risks

Promote a high-performance organizational culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence

Oversee corporate governance and lead interactions with stakeholders, regulators, and the public

Drive digital transformation and integrate modern tools including AI, data analytics, and automation

Ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and full regulatory compliance in all operations

Terms & Conditions

The position is contract-based for an initial term of 1 year

Contract may be extended up to a maximum of 3 years, based on satisfactory performance
