1. Position/Job Title
Educational/ Professional Qualification
Experience
Branch Managers / Business Development Officers
Minimum Graduate or equivalent from HEC recognized local or foreign university/institute OR Local/International Professional Qualification/Certification.
Minimum 3 Years banking experience in branches of different Banks.
Profound and proven interpersonal communication skills both verbal and non- verbal, leadership skills, Team Management skills, networking skills, and Monitoring & Evaluation Skills.
2. Position/Job Title
Branch Operations Manager/Operations Officer/Credit Officer (Grade-II/III/IV)
Educational/ Professional Qualification
Minimum Graduate or equivalent from HEC recognized local or foreign university/institute OR Local/ International Professional Qualification/Certification.
Experience
Minimum 03 years in the Banks in the relevant area.
Maximum 42 Years at the time of applying
General Clauses:
Age
Nationality
Pakistani/AJK domicile. AJK State Subjects Shall be given preference.
Knowledge/other Skills/Expertise Preferred
Have good communication skills. Computer literacy is mandatory.
No. of Positions (Only for branches)
Total: 58
Region wise positions (Muzaffarabad Region-09, Rawalakot Region-15, Mirpur Region-17, Kotli Region-17)
Place of Posting Staff hired for any particular Region will only be placed at
any branch of the respective Region and shall not be transferred for at least five years out of Region.
Assessment Tests Interviews
/ Only shortlisted applicants strictly meeting the above- mentioned basic eligibility criteria will be called for Test/ Interview.
