2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Application Submission Requirements:

  1. Documents: Applications must be forwarded along with the following attested documents:

    • Educational Certificates

    • CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

    • Domicile Certificate

    • Experience Certificate

    • Two (02) recent passport-sized photographs

  2. Contact Information: Applicants must provide an active mobile number on their application.

  3. Application Fee: A non-refundable Pay Order of Rs. 500/- must be attached, drawn in favor of the Commanding Officer, 152 Ordnance Unit, Malir Cantonment, Karachi-9.

  4. Postal Instructions: The name of the post (Auto Electrician High Skilled Mistry) must be clearly written on the right side of the envelope.

  5. Submission Deadline: Applications must reach this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  6. Note on Incomplete Applications: Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be accepted.

B. Recruitment Process:

  1. Selection Procedure: Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview at the Ammunition Depot, Malir Cantonment, Karachi-9.

  2. Travel Allowance: No TA/DA (Travel Allowance / Daily Allowance) will be admissible for the test/interview.

  3. Government Employees: Government employees must forward their applications through the proper channel, as per procedure.

C. Age Limit & Relaxation:

  1. General Age Limit: The age limit for all categories is 18 to 30 years.

  2. Ex-Servicemen: Age relaxation is 15 years.

  3. Specific Quota Groups (Sindh-Rural, Balochistan, etc.): Age relaxation is 03 years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist community, recognized Tribal Areas, Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, Sindh (Rural), and Balochistan.

  4. Government Employees: Age relaxation is 10 years for government employees who have completed 2 years of continuous service on the closing date for receipt of applications.

  5. Disabled Persons: Age relaxation is 10 years for disabled persons appointed on posts in BPS-15 and below.

  6. Deceased Civil Servant's Dependents: Age relaxation is 5 years for widows, sons, and daughters of a deceased civil servant who died while in service.

D. Quotas & Probation:

  1. Reserved Quotas:

    • Minority Quota: 05%

    • Women Quota: 10%

    • Disabled Quota: 02%

  2. Probation Period: The initial appointment will be on a probation period of One year (extendable). Regularization is subject to the satisfactory completion of the probation period.

E. Authority's Rights:

  1. Termination Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to reject the entire recruitment process or any individual application without assigning any reason.
