Applications are invited from eligible candidates having domicile of the following districts:

The applications are invited for the following vacancies in the Irrigation Department, as per the qualification and experience indicated against the following posts, within 15 days of publication of this advertisement.

(ii) Computer skills: a six (06) month certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Application Submission: The applicants who fulfill the following requirements should apply for the aforementioned vacancies on the Sindh Job Portal, Government of Sindh at https://sjp.gos.pk.

  2. Screening Test Requirement: The applicants must have successfully passed the General Screening Test of Graduation Category with at least 40% marks, conducted by IBA Sukkur Testing Services (STS), and must possess its certificate issued by STS, as required for appointment to the aforementioned posts.

  3. Age Calculation: The age of the applicants shall be calculated from the closing date of submission of application as provided under Rule-7 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 2024. However, the upper age relaxation limit will be five (5) years as provided in the notification of the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department bearing No. SOII (SGA&CD) 564/2011 (Part-II) dated 6-3-2025.

  4. Reserved Quota: The share of quota reserved for initial appointment shall be adhered to as per law/rules and policy of the Sindh Government.

  5. NOC for In-Service Candidates: Applicants already in service should obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective department prior to submission of the application and must bring the original NOC at the time of interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.

  6. Interview Requirements: The applicants should appear before the Departmental Selection Committee along with original documents for the interview as per the schedule to be uploaded on the Job Portal.

  7. Shortlisting: Only eligible/shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

  8. TA/DA: No T.A/D.A is admissible to the candidates for the interview.
