Interview for Temporary Positions

Skilled and supporting staff are required from across Punjab for the following positions on a daily-wage basis for a period of 89 days. The fixed employment period of 89 days may be extended up to one year with renewal, and the positions will be filled as per requirement.

Terms / Rules and Conditions

  • Applicants are eligible to submit applications for the above positions on a plain paper. A CV along with attested copies of educational certificates and experience certificates, and one recent passport-size photograph must be attached, and applications must be brought in person.

  • Only candidates holding Punjab domicile will be eligible. Upper age limit relaxation will be given as per the laws of the Government of Punjab.

  • In case of submission of forged documents or false information, the candidate may be declared ineligible at any stage and legal action may be taken against them.

  • For convenience, a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 300 should be deposited in Baba Guru Nanak University's Bank of Punjab account No. 6510227249000019, and the original receipt must be attached.

  • The University reserves the right to fill or withhold any position.

  • Payment of daily wages will be made in accordance with the Daily Wages Policy issued by the Labour Department, Government of Punjab, and deductions will be made in case of absence.

  • The above positions are specifically on a daily-wage basis, which cannot be challenged in any court later.

  • No separate call letter will be issued for the interview.

  • Incomplete applications will not be considered.

  • Interviews will be held on Monday, 09 November 2026, at 09:00 AM at the Registrar Office, Baba Guru Nanak University Nankana Sahib.
