SITUATION VACANT

Khyber Medical University (KMU) Peshawar invites applications from Pakistani citizens (male/female) for the following faculty positions. Applications from all over Pakistan must reach the undersigned on or before 12th September 2024 for in-country candidates and 19th September 2024 for candidates applying from abroad.

Positions Available

  1. KMU Institute of Health Professions Education & Research (KMU-IHPE&R), Peshawar

    • Post Name: Assistant Professor Medical Education
    • Pay Scale: BPS-19
    • Number of Posts: 05
    • Eligibility, Qualification & Experience: As per PM&DC/HEC Criteria. Basic qualification shall be MBBS/BDS.

  2. KMU Institute of Medical Sciences (KMU-IMS), Kohat

    • Pay Scale: BPS-21

    • Eligibility, Qualification & Experience: As per PM&DC criteria.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Application Submission: Applications must be submitted on the prescribed form available on the KMU website (www.kmu.edu.pk). Applications should include:

    • Three attested recent passport-size photographs.
    • Attested copies of educational testimonials (degrees/certificates & DMCs).
    • Experience certificates.
    • Copy of Computerized National Identity Card.

  • Important Notes:

    • The applicant must mention the serial number and name of the post applied for on the application form.
    • All new recruitments, whether faculty, administrative, or supporting staff, will be made under the CP Fund scheme. Existing KMU employees under the Pension Scheme will continue with their Pensionable Service.
    • In-service candidates must apply through the proper channel and submit a NOC from their respective Departments/Organizations.
    • Selection will be conducted as per the University's prescribed manner. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test/interview.
    • No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
    • Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
