ASSISTANT MANAGER HR & ADMIN
The Power Information Technology Company (PITC) is a public sector state-owned enterprise mandated to provide IT services and technology solutions to power sector entities (including DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC). PITC invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and motivated professionals for the following positions:
Name of Post: Assistant Manager HR & Admin
Number of Positions: Two (02)
Organization: Power Information Technology Company (PITC)
Place of Posting: Lahore (with a requirement to serve anywhere in Pakistan if needed)
Tenure of Appointment: Contract appointment for a three (03) year term, extendable subject to organizational requirement and performance.
Remuneration: Competitive and attractive market-based remuneration package.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration from an HEC-recognized institution.
Note: Candidates possessing internationally recognized qualifications or reputable professional certifications will have an added advantage.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration within a public or private sector organization.
Core Exposure: Recruitment, employee lifecycle and record management, performance management, training & development, and a basic understanding of labor laws, service matters, and organizational policies.
Preferred Assets:
Experience handling administrative matters (leave and benefits administration, processing employee-related cases, drafting official correspondence).
Relevant experience in Public Sector Organizations or State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) will be given due weightage.
Maximum 33 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
Understanding of HR operations, service rules, and public sector regulatory frameworks.
Knowledge of administrative processes related to employee services, record management, and case handling.
Ability to draft clear, professional official correspondence, summaries, and policy documents.
Documentation and record management skills with an audit/compliance orientation.
Proactive mindset with the ability to support process improvement and digitalization initiatives.
Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems.
